Has Vast Knowledge of Corrections Best Practices

Labor Contracts has expanded out at the Lewis facility in the past few years, and with that has placed more responsibility in our area. We have added a Lead IPS position, and have promoted Armando Aragon.

Armando started his career in 1991 as a correctional officer. Prior to the IPS positions being established within ACI Armando was assigned as a correctional officer working in the Hickman’s and CME areas of the operations.

Armando has a vast knowledge of corrections best practices having worked three of our State prisons and worked a variety of custody levels. Armando also has a vast knowledge of working with our labor contract partners and has assisted us throughout the years wherever needed.
