This successful shop began in 2001 and currently employees 144 inmates each day (on average).
The inmates in the program are learning real-world jobs skills as they bend, cut, weld and powder coat steel and aluminum to create institutional and outdoor products. The equipment and skills taught in this program makes it an ideal resource for Arizona businesses.
