Helped Take Annual Report Production to a New Level of Excellence

I am pleased to announce that Tom Brown, the ACI customer service manager has been selected as the ACI employee of the first quarter. Tom brings energy and enthusiasm to everything he does from managing the customer service and sublimation inmates to organizing all the key ACI central office holiday events and the annual ACI end of year meeting.

He has taken the outside graphics training in our central office and made sure his sublimation staff excelled at the same training. These efforts have paid off for ACI as witnessed by this year’s very professional annual report produced by Tom and his sublimation team.

I rely on Tom to make sure all our state set aside contract renewals happen and he has become the main communication link to DOA purchasing who manage the state set aside program.

Without Tom our work life at ACI central would be much different and I ask that all offer Tom congratulations for being named ACI employee of the quarter.
