ACCEPTABLE USAGE OF ARIZONA STATE SEAL
The Arizona Secretary of State’s Office is required under the law to be the
official keeper of the state seal. Secretary of State Michele Reagan acts as the official
custodian under A.R.S. § 41-121(3).
Restrictions of use: Secretary Reagan grants and denies permission to use the Great Seal
of the State of Arizona under A.R.S. § 41-130.
