Logos require a professionally printed, color-separated image for processing. They must be supplied in high resolution on photographic paper. BMP and JPEG files with an original design resolution of 600 dpi or higher are useable (in most cases). Charges to convert them into vector art will be priced individually.
We prefer artwork that is already vectorized. Corel Draw (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator 8 (.ai), Encapsualted Postscript (.esp) or high-resolution Adobe PDF (.pdf, in PC format) can be accepted. However, conversion fees may apply, depending on the format sent. Should a specific type font be required, the name and supplier of the font should be included with your order. If we do not have this font in our library, we will ask you for a copy of it from your computer font library (or we will need to charge you for any costs we incur by obtaining it elsewhere).
Faxes, copies, business cards, photographs and web images can only be used for illustration, but they are not usable in our processes.
Designs that require more than one rework and resubmission, or with extraordinarily complex design, will require additional design and setup fees. These fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
ACI stocks primary colors in silkscreen inks and adhesive vinyls. Custom or PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors may require additional charges. Please include an actual sample of the color for reference. Not all colors can be matched exactly, but we will make every effort to match your color(s) as closely as possible.
Color blends and gradient fills are not reproducible with our production methods.
