Born and raised in Tucson, Annette Anaya has strong ties to the area with a large, extended family and many lifetime friends and associates. For the last few years she has been living and working in Phoenix and she is delighted to be back in Tucson representing ACI.
As the new account manager for Pima County, the first physically located here in Tucson, Annette will be introducing herself to businesses throughout southern Arizona to detail the many ways that ACI can be a resource for them, from the quality products it manufactures to the reliable work crews it can provide.
Please take a moment to look over this website to see the many products ACI manufactures and how its programs are positively impacting the lives of former offenders, their families and their communities.
ACI’s mission is to create on-the-job training opportunities for inmates in the state’s prison system. These work opportunities help inmates learn all the essential soft-skills that every employer needs, as well as many different technical skills, from a variety of office/administrative skills to welding and telemarketing to printing and carpentry to 3D CAD. Importantly, by doing meaningful work inmates begin to regain their self-respect and confidence.
The inmates who work in ACI programs are 31% less likely to return to prison because they are better equipped to find meaningful work after their release.
Annette looks forward to welcoming many new customers and partners in the years to come. Together they will help ACI save tax payer dollars and make our communities safer.
