The Force Behind the Wild Horse and Burro Program

I am pleased to announce that Randy Helm, our Wild Horse and Burrow program project specialist has been named as the ACI employee of the month for June, 2014.

Randy has worked tirelessly on getting the infrastructure in place for this program that includes a world class facility and training program. He is an expert horse trainer and an excellent supervisor for the ACI associates and inmates involved with this program. He has established fantastic working relationships with the Bureau of Land Management, ADC Florence operations, US Border Patrol and with the University of Arizona.

The program has become a real positive for ACI and Florence ADC operations and Randy should be credited and congratulated for making this happen.
