Congratulations to Randy Helm 

I would like to congratulate Mr. Randy Helm.

Today Randy successfully adopted the first two BLM wild horses in the ACI wild horse program.

Randy and his team of inmates trained two horses to halter, lead, lift feet and load in a horse trailer. Adopting these horses is a huge success to this newly formed ACI business.
