ACI's FY2018 4th Quarter Employee of the Quarter is Mr Mario Hernandez.

Hired in August 2017 as an Industry Program Specialist (IPS) for Business Development with the Keefe contract in Tucson, he has already made quite an impression with his willingness to help and his full attention to inmate and staff security.

Recently, Mr. Hernandez discovered that inmates in the Keefe warehouse were introducing contraband through the packaged items Keefe delivers to the prisons. He caught an inmate picking up some items and when he questioned the inmate, the inmate denied everything.

Mr. Hernandez was persistent and found the contraband items in a trash bin in the men's restroom. After the items were discovered, they were estimated to be worth $35,000 inside a prison. Mr. Hernandez showed dedication to ensure ACI's staff and inmates are safe at all times.
