ACI 2019 Annual Meeting Combines Training and Celebration

Business Partner and Key Employees Honored

On Thursday, October 3, 2019 ACI held its annual employee meeting at its administrative offices in Phoenix. With more than 110 people in attendance, the day-long event included breakfast, training, presentations, lots of time to reconnect, a wonderful lunch buffet, and an awards ceremony.

They event was organized by Tom Brown and Vicki Fitzpatrick and their team of inmate and civilian staff members who miraculously converted the empty warehouse into the perfect meeting venue.

 

Lunch
Each table setting included a copy of the ACI FY2019 Annual Report and a bag filled with goodies, including a thermos and a shirt

Inmate Programs and Reentry Division Director Karen Hellman thanked the ACI team for their consistent efforts to help fulfill the department mission

Presenters provided training as well as updates on AIMS2, the Epicor upgrade, AMS initiatives, marketing and a recap of the year

Sales Manager Mike Zinn presented Account Manager Rob King with a retirement plaque commemorating his years of service to ACI

Mike Moreno received his ADC 30-year pin and a special certificate of service
Hickman's Award
Sam Seagren accepts Partner of the Year Award to Hickman's Family Farms from Labor Operations Administrator Mario Diaz
Award
The beautiful engraved award recognized Hickman's Family Farms for their "outstanding commitment to teaching, training and employing current and formerly incarcerated individuals"
