My name is Timothy Tohannie and I am incarcerated in the Arizona Department of Corrections, Phoenix West Facility. I am employed with Arizona Correctional Industries, at Erickson Construction. 

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI) and the Arizona Department of Corrections (ADOC) for providing me the opportunity to enhance myself in a number of ways. 

Since becoming employed with Erickson Construction through ACI, I have realized that being able to work while incarcerated has greatly improved my mental well-being by keeping busy and allowing me to focus on learning a new trade. It also helps improve my physical health through the manual work that is required to do this job.

This job also helps me financially, which supports my personal needs while being incarcerated. The money that is being set aside for me will greatly help me to be financially stable upon my release from prison. This financial stability will give me an opportunity to help re-start my life.

I appreciate ACI for helping me in this time of distress. I believe this program will be a great investment in me mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially. Again, I would like to thank ACI for this opportunity in my life.
