Challenge: With the approaching deadline for using grant money to upgrade park facilities, the department director contacted ACI to manufacture hundreds of new outdoor grills and picnic tables before the end of the fiscal year (three month deadline).

Solution: Working together with the ACI Metal Shop and delivery teams, a schedule was created to ensure that Parks and Recreation could take delivery before their grant expired. Dozens of ACI trucks were dispatched across Arizona to drop off the new items and, where necessary, assist with the installation.
