Challenge: The managers at AZ Structural Laminators needed to find a steady work crew to fulfill orders assembling wooden beams in the Arizona construction industry.

Solution: The Labor Partnership team was able to find qualified inmate workers to supplement their civilian work crews. This successful partnership began in 2008 and employs 30 inmates each day (on average) from the ASPC Winslow prison complex to supplement their work crew at their Eagar, AZ facility. They have hired numerous former inmates after their release as full time employees.
