Challenge: Like many construction industry operations, the managers at Ballard Truss were having a difficult time finding reliable skilled carpenters to assemble wooden trusses for the Arizona residential construction market.

Solution: The Labor Partnership team was able to find qualified inmate workers to supplement their civilian work crews. This successful partnership began in 2019 and employs 23 inmates each day (on average) between their Eloy, AZ and Winslow, AZ facilities.
