Challenge: The managers at L & L Manufactured Components needed to find a steady work crew to build residential housing wooden trusses for the Arizona market.

Solution: The Labor Partnership team was able to find qualified inmate workers to supplement their civilian work crews. This successful partnership began in 2020 and employed 10 inmates each day (on average) from the ASPC Tucson prison complex to supplement their work crew at their Tucson, AZ facility.
