Challenge: The managers at Paul Johnson Drywall needed to find a steady work crew to assist in commercial construction projects with finishing interior walls for new and remodeling projects.

Solution: The Labor Partnership team was able to find qualified inmate workers to supplement their civilian work crews. This successful partnership began in 2019 and employed 14 inmates each day (on average) from the ASP Phoenix West prison complex to supplement their work crew at their Phoenix, AZ facility.
