The ACI program has helped me in a multitude of ways. It has facilitated facets of survival that are crucial for success (for example: patience, communication, striving for excellence). It has challenged me to make myself better. It has re-introduced me to the person I once was. It has re-energized a tired soul to a youthful spirit. It has achieved this by simply employing me and expecting me to perform at a level society deems above par.

Just the day to day experience is loaded with a myriad of life skills necessary for success in the real world. The acquisition of as many life skills as possible should be the goal. To sharpen these skills is crucial. The workforce in the real world revolves around one thing; the bottom line. If you are good for this company, this company will be good for you.

A positive outlook and a positive approach are things I look forward to each and every day; this is due to the work environment I was cast into through ACI. Along with these aspects of ACI, I also have saved enough money for a good meager start. I thank ACI for all of its opportunities and hope others use this program to better themselves as I have.
