What ACI has done for me…?

I have been able to take advantage of the ACI inmate work program for the last five years. Each of my ACI inmate work program jobs has been extremely different from one another. I started working with the ACI Print Shop in 2013 and learned new computer programs such as Epicor. I was able to learn the daily operations and what it takes to be a successful employee.

In 2015, I worked for AquaChill and learned a new skill set in telemarketing. This opportunity taught me a lot about communication skills and how to perform in a professional environment. I am currently employed at Manheim Auto Auction and have been there for two years. This environment has taught me to be a part of a team and to accomplish set goals. I have learned to take on responsibility and to be a dependable employee. 

Each job has taught me a different life skill that I will be able to take with me upon my release. The ACI inmate work program has given me the confidence I need to be successful, and hope for a better future.
