Challenge: As one of the premier custom car transport manufacturers in the country, management needed to increase production to keep up with their business growth. The labor pool in the remote northwest corner of Arizona was extremely limited.

Solution: A program was set up within the ASP Kingman prison complex. It was ACI's first PIE program, allowing the inmates to earn wages on par with their civilian colleagues and allowed JimGlo to sell their trailers outside of Arizona. This successful partnership currently employees 17 inmates who learn real-world jobs skills as they fabricate high-end custom trailers.
