That includes: daily meals, clothing, housing, healthcare (medical and psychological, including substance abuse programs), jobs, laundry, educational and training opportunities and countless other services to meet the special needs of offenders. One service that may not immediately come to mind, but is in some ways equally important to some of the others, is the commissary (or offender store).
